Danielle Sahota is a British-born production designer based in Toronto, Canada. Danielle elevates storytelling through the creation of evocative visual worlds. Her inventive sets are saturated with story-specific character, which has allowed her to become in demand across many genres in the film and television industry. Her series work includes International Emmy-nominated “Workin’ Moms” - for which she was nominated for a DGC Award - as well as Amazon's "The Lake", Bruce McCullough's "Tallboyz", upcoming Roku / Zoe Lister-Jones show "Slip", and more. Danielle’s feature film work includes Netflix's "Wedding Season", Jefferson Moneo’s sci-fi cult film, “Cosmic Dawn”, and contemporary horror “The Dark” (Tribeca Film Festival). Danielle also has a wide commercial background, having designed for clients including Coca Cola, Rogers, Tim Hortons, Activia, Toys R Us, and Wisers.
